diaphragm hydraulic metering pumps with the alarm functions for the rupture of diaphragms can be applied.

* The new three-valve structure and the application of limit oil compensating mechanism not only ensure the fullness of hydraulic
oil in the hydraulic working chamber but also avoid filling oil excessively and prevent hydraulic shock so that make the both sides
of the diaphragm have balanced force and increase the working life of the diaphragm to more than 8000H.
