Third, cut a whole row of needles punched out according to the length of the drawing, separate them into individual watch hands, and then arrange them neatly on different molds for the next step of processing . Fourth, the pointers neatly arranged on the mold will be processed by wire drawing, polishing or matte watch hands and other processes as needed. After the treatment, the needle will be washed to separate the mold and the pointer. Fifth, the watch hands are surface treated, such as electroplating color, oil injection, sandblasting, etc. or filled with luminous or ink . The above is the process of watch hands custom.
