A1:For some stock items, we charge them a little and the sample fee will be fully refunded in future real order. If you want special decoration or printing on bottles, it will take about 7days to prepare and will charge reasonable sample cost.
Q2: How to start a custom project with your company?
A2: Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit .
Q3: What is the lead time?
A3: Sample needs 2-3 days prepared; mass production time needs 15 days normally.
Q4: If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
A4: Replacement for the defective bottle.
Q5: How do you control the quality?
A5: We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing

Packaging & Shipping
1. Sample is free. Usually delivery time is 1-3 days. Customer pay shipping fee.
2. Large cargo delivery time according to customer's requirements. Usually needs 5-15 days.
3. If do customer's OEM, large cargo usually needs 15-25 days.
4. Regarding packaging and express, as our normal transportation or as customer's requirements.
5. We use pallet or bubble bag to pack glass products. And this will avoid the broken. We also put more products in the cartons than real order quantity. Just in case there is some damaged.
