Introduction
MOH100 magnetic beads are ferrimagnetic beads coated with silanol groups, enclosing the iron oxide inside the beads and presenting a bead surface with optimized silica-like chemistry. MOH100 can specifically bind to nucleic acids in solution under certain conditions (e.g. high salt) through hydrophobic, hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions, without binding to other impurities (e.g. proteins), and can quickly release nucleic acids in low salt solutions after appropriate washing. The magnetic strength of MOH100 ensure rapid magnetic mobility and efficient isolation of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA). The beads also feature a low sedimentation rate and favorable reaction kinetics, making them particularly suited for automated assays. MOH100 has large surface area, good magnetic response speed, dispersibility and hydrophilicity, and its strong binding ability to nucleic acids, especially suitable for the isolation and purification of pathogenic microorganism nucleic acid, cell-free DNA, and PCR products. MOH100 has strong compatibility and can be adapted to reagent systems and automated instruments from various manufacturers (such as TechStar YC796, etc.), which is very beneficial to the automation and high-throughput extraction of nucleic acids.
