The basis of vacuum forming is to heat the plastic sheet to a suitable temperature to make it soft and plastic. Subsequently, by air pressure difference or mechanical pressure, the sheet is stretched and attached to the surface of the mold to form the required shape. After cooling and curing, the required parts are finally obtained through precise cutting and trimming procedures.
