PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

High impact strength: PC/ABS has a relatively high impact strength and tensile strength.
Good toughness: The addition of ABS improves the brittleness of PC, allowing it to maintain good toughness at low temperatures.
Heat resistance: The heat resistance temperature of PC/ABS is usually between 90°C and 120°C, making it suitable for high-temperature environments.
Dimensional stability: It can maintain good dimensional stability even at high temperatures.
Easy processing: The addition of ABS improves the fluidity of PC, making it easier to injection mold.
High surface gloss: Suitable for making products with high appearance requirements.
Chemical resistance: It has good resistance to common chemicals such as oils, acids, and alkalis.
Weather resistance: After modification, PC/ABS can have good UV resistance.
Good insulation: PC/ABS has good electrical insulation properties and is suitable for the electronics and electrical fields.
By adding flame retardants, PC/ABS can achieve flame retardancy grades such as UL94 V-0 and V-1, making it suitable for applications with high flame retardancy requirements.
