Outer Tank and Reinforcement

1. The outer tank body is constructed using high-strength steel material that can withstand the external pressures and environmental conditions. Circular profile reinforcing ribs are welded onto the external circumference of the outer tank body cylinder. These ribs are uniformly distributed, providing structural support and enhancing the overall rigidity of the tank.

2. The reinforcing ribs also facilitate easy welding and removal of welding burrs from the internal circumference of the outer tank body cylinder. This ensures that no welded junctions are left in the gap between the inner tank body and the outer tank body, maintaining the vacuum degree of the gap and improving insulation efficiency.

Inner Tank and Insulation

1. The inner tank body is made of metal material suitable for the temperature of the liquefied gas to be stored. The inside surface of the inner tank is coated with a layer of polyurethane foam, which is sprayed and foamed to ensure complete coverage. This foam layer provides excellent thermal insulation, reducing heat transfer and minimizing the vaporization rate of the stored liquefied gas.

2. In addition, a gap is reserved between the inner tank body and the outer tank body. This gap is filled with powdered coldness preserving material, which further enhances the insulation properties of the tank container. The combination of polyurethane foam and powdered coldness preserving material ensures that the tank maintains the desired temperature and pressure conditions for extended periods.

Insulation Layers

To further improve the insulation performance, coldness preserving layers are installed both outside and inside the metal cylindrical inner tank. These layers are made of materials that have excellent compression-proofness and thermal insulation properties. The outer coldness preserving layer is supported by an iron-reinforced concrete slab, which is installed onto the ground. This design ensures that the tank container is stable and can withstand external forces.
