SH15-M-80 Sealed Amorphous Alloy Power Transformer is an oil-filled sealed type. Its principle is similar to that of a sealed power transformer. The basic elements of the amorphous alloy include iron, cobalt, nickel, silicon, boron, and carbon, among others. It is an isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetization power, and it does not have structural defects that obstruct domain wall movement. The thickness is extremely thin, only 0.027mm, and the filling factor is relatively small, ranging from 0.75 to 0.8. Its electrical resistivity is very high, 3 to 6 times that of silicon steel sheets, and its hardness is 5 times that of silicon steel sheets. Amorphous alloy material is very sensitive to stress.
