Synolite™ 1967-G-3 resin features low shrinkage, low odor, and low styrene emissions. FRP made from this resin has the advantages of low fiber printing and low odor. Synolite™ 1967-G-3 is recommended for injection molding applications with foil as the top mold to produce high performance structural laminates. Synolite™ 1967-G-3 can be used with all commonly used types of glass reinforcement. Synolite™ 1967-G-3 is a medium reactive resin with a relatively low peak exotherm. The resin can be used in both thick and thin laminates and exhibits good through cure and relatively low shrinkage. The resin has very good fiber wetting and impregnation properties and meets DetNorske Veritas' Class 2 shipbuilding requirements. Also complies with China Classification Society (CCS) and Lloyd's Register (LR) shipbuilding certifications.
