6. Equipment characteristics:
1) This series offers a wide range of capabilities for sanding processing. It can be used for sanding solid wood, multilayer boards, density boards, white embryos, wood veneers as well as primers on flat boards.
2) The machine features one-key start functionality along with fully automatic digital control and adjustment for simple and convenient operation.
3) The two sand heads are driven by servos to ensure accurate positioning while effectively protecting the head,tail,and sides of the plate from abrasive material penetration.
4) The system adopts PLC programming to control touch screen communication frequency converters.This allows visual display operations such as adjusting settings or performing maintenance tasks.
