Material and Welding Technology
The pressure tank adopts laser welding + argon arc welding composite technology, with 99.9% weld denseness, and ensures zero defects through 100% ray tracing (RT) and ultrasonic testing (UT).
The inner wall of the tank is sprayed with nano-ceramic coating (thickness ≥3mm), which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion (e.g. 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid) and extreme temperatures (-50℃~600℃).
Automatic production line
Robot automatic welding system is introduced to reduce the error of manual intervention, the welding efficiency is increased by 40%, and the product consistency reaches the international leading level.
The pressure vessel adopts modularized assembly process, supporting rapid on-site assembly and shortening the delivery cycle by 30%.
Strict quality control system
