Our hydraulic shear press is suitable for steel mills, recycling companies, ferrous and non-ferrous metal smelting industries to press scrap metal (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, scrap cars), press them into blocks and then cut them.

Structural composition：

1. Fuselage: Usually welded with high-strength steel plates, it has good rigidity and stability, and can withstand great pressure during baling and shearing.

2. Hydraulic system: including hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve, oil tank and other components. The hydraulic pump provides power, the hydraulic cylinder performs action, the hydraulic valve controls the flow direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil, and the oil tank stores the hydraulic oil and plays the role of heat dissipation and filtration.

3. Baling mechanism: composed of an indenter, a baling chamber, and a push bag device. The indenter compresses the material under hydraulic pressure. The baling chamber is used to contain the material and form a pressed block. The pushing device pushes the pressed block out of the baling chamber.

4. Shearing mechanism: mainly composed of shearing knife, tool holder, drive hydraulic cylinder, etc. The shear knife is installed on the tool holder, and the hydraulic cylinder drives the shear action. The structural design of the tool holder ensures that the shear knife has sufficient strength and accuracy when working.

5. Electrical control system: used to control equipment start, stop, action switching and pressure, speed and other parameters of the adjustment. Through the electrical control system, the operator can precisely control the operation of the equipment according to different working requirements.

Maintenance points：

2. Cleaning and lubrication: keep the surface of the equipment clean, remove dust, oil and debris in time. The moving parts of the equipment, such as hydraulic cylinder piston rod, guide rail, bearings, etc., are regularly lubricated to reduce wear and ensure normal operation.

3. Tool maintenance: The shear knife is a fragile part, and the wear of the tool should be checked regularly. When the tool is worn to a certain extent, it needs to be sharpened or replaced to ensure the cutting quality and efficiency. At the same time, during the use of the tool, it is necessary to avoid cutting hard or exceeding the cutting capacity of the equipment to prevent tool damage.

4. Electrical system maintenance: check whether the connection of electrical components is firm, whether there is loosening, burning and other phenomena. Clean the dust in the electrical control cabinet regularly to prevent dust accumulation from affecting heat dissipation and causing electrical faults.
