LNSE Energy Saving Jet Mill
Working principal:
Energy-saving Jet Mill is a newly developed grinding equipment based on the fluid energy conversion character in adiabatic flow process. It makes most of fluid pressure and internal energy to grind material with a high efficient and saves 30% energy than other ordinary Jet milling equipment.
-How did we achieve 30% energy saving?
-In order to avoid excessive exhaust temperature from affecting the performance of cylinder lubricating oil and obtain higher pressure, the conventional air compressor for jet mill uses intercooling for multi-stage compression. The more stages, the lower the energy utilization rate, such as the first stage compression energy. The utilization rate is 78% (the first-stage compression pressure is 0.3-0.35MPa), and the second-stage compression is 58% (the second-stage compression pressure is 0.7-0.9MPa).
The energy-saving jet mill can use the high-temperature compressed gas discharged from the first-stage compressor for pulverization, which can achieve the same pulverization strength as the second-stage air compressor used in the conventional jet mill. It not only uses the temperature energy of the gas, but also avoids the offset of the compressor’s cold and heat. The energy loss caused by this has obvious advantages in energy saving.

1.High energy utilization.
The air compressor used for ordinary Jet Mill prevent operation fault caused by high exhaust temperature,A higher pressure is got through intercooling for multistage compression,the more stage it is,thr lower energy utilization rate is,for instance,the energy utilization in the primary compression is 78% and 58% when it is in secondary compressor.
Energy-saving Jet Mill adopts Primary high exhaust temperature compressed gas to grind material and the grinding force is the same with secondary compressor. Using the energy of air temperature prevents energy loss in cold and heat offset during intercooling in compressor.
2 .Helpful in material griding
Materials with joins and fissures weak effect plane such as :Talc,wollastonite,ect,are easily ground due to thermal expansion effect.
3. Materials are dried after warming.
