Corrugated steel plates are often classified in various ways according to different application positions, plate type wave heights, overlapping structures, and materials. Common classification methods are as follows:
(1) Classified according to the application position - roof panel, wall panel, floor support plate, ceiling plate, etc. In use, the color steel plate plate is used as the wall decoration plate, and the architectural decoration effect is novel and unique.
(2) Classification by wave height - high wave plate (wave height ≥ 70mm), medium wave plate (wave height<70mm) and low wave plate (wave height<30mm)
(3) Classified according to the substrate material - it is divided into hot-dip galvanized substrate, hot-dip aluminized zinc and hot-dip galvanized aluminum substrate.
(4) It is classified according to the construction mode of plate joints - including lap joint, undercut and crimping structure. The medium and high wave boards with undercut and crimping should be used as roof panels with high waterproof requirements; Overlapping medium and high wave galvanized plate is used as floor slab; Lapped low wave plates should be used as wall panels.
