PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hot-rolled Steel Sheet Steel Coils are made of continuous casting slab or blooming slabs, heated by a walking furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enter the rough rolling mills. Computer-controlled rolling, after the final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiler coils to become straight hair coil.

Hot-rolled Steel Coils have excellent properties such as high strength, good toughness, easy processing and good weldability, so hot rolled coils are widely used in manufacturing industries such as machinery, construction, machinery, boilers, and pressure vessels.
Applications:
(1) After annealing, it is processed into ordinary cold rolling;
(2) The galvanizing unit with pre-annealing treatment device processes galvanizing;
(3) Panels that basically do not require processing.
Hot rolled steel coil is divided into ordinary Carbon Steel sheets, high-quality Carbon Steel Plates, low-alloy Steel Sheet, ship plates, bridge plates, boiler plates, container plates, etc. Hard-rolled coils: Continuous rolling of hot-rolled pickled coils at room temperature.
Hot rolled Steel Plate products include steel strip (coil) and steel plate cut from it. The steel strip (roll) can be divided into straight roll and finishing roll (sub-roll, flat roll and slitting roll).
