Summary

16B portal precision high-frequency straight seam steel strip welded pipe making machine unit, is specialized equipment to produce small pore diameter high frequency straight seam welded pipe for refrigeration industry withΦ7.5-Φ25mm and wall thickness of δ0.3-1.0mm. Through design optimization, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication, the whole set of machine unit can reach same precision level as the foreign advanced ones. This machine unit configuration starts from decoiler and ends by winding up. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted accordingly

Applicable material:

1 )Hot rolling or cold rolling strip steel
2) 0.002∽0.08% SPCE, SPCD, St14,08AL etc

Material: Low carbon content steel strip and low alloy steel strip with brand-name of SPCE, SPCD, St14, 08AL and so on of 0.002~0.08% carbon content.

4) The thickness of steel strip: 0.3-1.0mm
5) The width of steel strip: 23-78mm
6) I.D. of steel coil: Φ350-Φ450mm
7) O.D. of steel coil: Φ1400mm
