From Technics the watch dials from etching pattern for rotating Rotor then paint in different colors to make them like different colors of plume. with patterns and colors. Below called "white Grand Bal Plume" " Grey Grand Bal Plume" the bottom layer of dial is etching pattern too, same as rotor, just with different color. but dark blue background is "Blue goldsand stone" with sparkings on it, like starry starry light. it is common used for night view or stars on sky.
