PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Stainless steel channel steel is a long strip of steel with a groove-shaped cross-section. Like the I-beam, stainless steel channel steel is also divided into two types: ordinary channel steel and light channel steel.
Main application of hot-rolled stainless steel ordinary channel steel: ordinary channel steel is mainly used in building structures, vehicle manufacturing and other industrial structures, and is often used in conjunction with I-beams.
Commonly used stainless steel channel steel materials for stainless steel production are: 201, 202, 301, 304, 321, 316, 316L, and special materials can generally be customized.
According to the manufacturing method, stainless steel are divided into two types: hot rolled and cold rolled.
According to the organizational characteristics of steel grades, it is divided into 5 categories:
Austenite type, austenite-iron capsule type, iron capsule type, martensitic type, precipitation hardening type, required to withstand oxalic acid, sulfuric acid-sulfuric acid, nitric acid, nitric acid hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid-copper sulfate, phosphoric acid, formic acid It is widely used in dry chemical industry, food, medicine, paper making, petroleum, atomic energy and other industries, as well as construction, diapers, police tools, vehicles, and various special parts of household appliances. In order to ensure that the mechanical properties such as compressive strength, tensile strength, elongation and hardness of various stainless steel plates meet the requirements, the steel plates must undergo heat treatment such as annealing, solution treatment, and aging treatment before delivery. The corrosion resistance of stainless steel mainly depends on its alloy composition (chromium, nickel, titanium, silicon, molybdenum, etc.) The passivation film isolates the metal from the outside world, protects the steel plate from oxidation, and increases the anti-friction ability of the steel plate. After the passivation film is destroyed, the anti-sealing property will decrease.

No.1	Polished with abrasive belt of grit#100-#200, have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, used as inner and external ornaments for building, electrical appliances and kitchen utensils etc.
No.4	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#180,have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, but thinner than No3, are used as bathtub buildings inner and external ornaments electrical appliances kitchen utensils and food processing equipment etc.
HL	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#320 on the NO.4 finish and has continuous streaks, mainly used as buildings ornaments elevators, door of building, frontal plate etc.
BA	Cold rolled, bright annealed and skin-passed, the product have excellent brightness and good reflexivity like mirror, kitchen apparatus, ornament etc.
8K	The product have excellent brightness and prefer reflexivity can to be the mirror.
