Operating steps for replacing the sealing ring of the oil cylinder:
1. Open the excavator key, start the excavator, and open the safety lock. Lower the working device to the ground, turn off the engine, and then turn on the key power supply. Shake the operating handle several times at will to release the residual pressure in the oil cylinder (please strictly follow the steps).
2. Remove the fixing bolts of the piston rod end shaft, fix the oil cylinder with a rope first, use a copper rod and hammer to drive out the pin shaft, gently release the rope, and place the oil cylinder in a suitable position, preferably parallel to the ground.
3. Use a wrench to loosen the oil pipes in the front and rear chambers of the cylinder. Attention is paid to loosening. The purpose of using loosening is to reduce the negative pressure in the inner chamber of the cylinder barrel. Ensure that the sealing ring of the oil pipe is separated from the oil cylinder. When disassembling, take an oil bucket and connect the hydraulic oil to prevent it from flowing to the ground.
4. Lay plastic cloth on the ground, remove the front end cover, and remove the threaded connection end cover. The flange connection is relatively tight due to the sealing ring between the flange and the cylinder barrel. Insert a through core screwdriver into the gap between the flange and the cylinder barrel, gently tap along the circumference of the cylinder with a hammer, and slowly exit.
5. After removing the flange end cover, place the copper shaft into the cylinder head and gently pull it out by two people. After pulling out all the piston rods, place them on a plastic cloth and use a large open-ended wrench or pipe wrench to remove the large bolt behind the piston rod and piston.
6. Use circlip pliers to pick out all the sealing rings inside. If the weather is cold, the new sealing ring needs to be heated with hot water and coated with a little butter. Slowly install the piston and cylinder head in sequence.

7. After all the oil is sealed, repeat the disassembly steps. Installation completed.
