Hot-dip galvanized iron wire refers to the product made of ordinary iron wire after hot-dip galvanizing processed from high quality low carbon steel coils, which are made of high quality low carbon steel, through drawing and forming, pickling and rust removal. Hot-dip galvanizing is a surface treatment process in which the iron wire is immersed in molten zinc solution to cause a chemical reaction between the zinc and the surface of the iron wire to form a zinc-iron alloy layer, thereby achieving anti-rust, anti-corrosion, and wear-resistant properties.
Product Applications
