When the following symptoms occur, it indicates that the O-ring is damaged.
(1) Oil overflow at manual switch
After the O-ring is damaged, oil can easily enter the gas circuit and enter the manual switch, causing oil to overflow from there.
(2) The working oil tank is emitting gas
If the working oil tank emits gas and emits a "gurgling" sound when operating the manual switch, it indicates that the O-ring is damaged, and compressed air enters the oil channel and enters the working oil tank, causing the hydraulic oil in the tank to roll and make a "gurgling" sound.
(3) Oil leakage from the steering oil tank
After the O-ring is damaged, the oil from the working oil tank flows into the steering oil tank, causing excessive oil to overflow from the steering oil tank.
(4) Insufficient braking torque
After the O-ring is damaged, the amount of compressed air entering the brake cylinder is reduced, resulting in insufficient braking torque and poor braking effect.
(5) When the left leg moves, the right leg also moves, which is a clear symptom of O-ring damage leading to mutual communication of oil and fluid in the oil circuit.
