Potato Chips Drying process
This process is for drying potato chips or other fruits and vegetables ,Big capacity ,good quality ,automatic ,the process:
1.De-Stone Machine:remove more dust and pre-wash the potato
2.Peeling Machine :This machine is used to pre-wash and peel the potato.
3.Inspecting Table :This machine is used to pick out the bad and cut the bad part of potato
4.Slicing Machine:This machine is used to slice the potato
5.Washing Machine :wash the potato slice and remove the starch of the surface
6.Blanching Machine :Use the 80-85°C water to blanch the potato slice and remove more starch
7.De-water Machine :use the air fans to remove more water from the chips surface,it will reduce the drying time at next step.
8.Boiling Drying Machine :The blanched potato slices are boiled dried by steam
9.Cooling conveyor :after drying ,use air fans to cool the chips and for easy to pack.
