PTFE Solar tabber stringer machine belt is weaved by high-strength fiberglass yarn or Kevlar (aramid) woven fabric through circular weaving equipment and then coated with PTFE resin by using a unique process technology. It overcomes the phenomenon that the connection of the conveyor belt interface is easy to break in the past, and solves the problem of poor running stability and deviation because of unequal circumference of the joint. The running life of the seamless belt is more than three times longer than that of any PTFE conveyor belt.
The 2-layer PTFE Solar tabber stringer machine belt interface adopts a unique toothed connection, which enhances the strength of the conveyor belt more effectively. At present, the inner layer of 2-ply PTFE stringer belt is made of black ptfe cloth, and the outer layer is made from brown PTFE cloth by hot pressing and then precision punching by imported instruments.
