Indirect steam heating blade paddle dryer for sludge

Product description

JYD blade paddle dryer can heat not only by the shell but also by the internal rotor, greatly increasing the drying area, improving the thermal efficiency and ensuring the complete drying of materials. There are two or more mutually inlaid rotors inside the shell with a jacket, and each rotor is equipped with multiple fan-shaped hollow blades for heating. The heating medium enters a hollow drive shaft and a blade through the rotary joint installed at the end of the hollow drive shaft. After heat transfer and drying, condensate is discharged out of the machine through the rotary joint. The equipment has the following characteristics:

1.Low energy consumption:Heat istaken away without carrying a large amount of air due to indirect heating, jackets and insulation layers are arranged at the external wall of the dryer, and for slurry material, evaporating 1kg of water only needs1.1-1.3kg of saturated steam.

2.Lowcost: multiple shaft are inlaid mutually, transfer area is large, and the equipment is smaller in size.

3.Wide range of drying materials: different thermal media can be used to dry heat-sensitive materials and materials requiring high temperature treatment. Commonly used media: saturated steam, conduction oil, hot water, etc. It can be operated continuously or intermitiently, finding applications in many fifields.

4.Low operation cost: simple structure and low maintenance cost.

5.The equipment is featured with fewer wearing parts and stable operation.
