Daewoo Oil Distributor Seal Repair Kit Installation Precautions:
1. Prepare tools and materials: Oil separator seal repair kit, wrench, rubber hammer, cleaning agent,
wipe cloth.
2. Clean the grease dispenser: Use detergent and a wipe to clean the inside and outside of the grease dispenser,
Make sure the surface is clean and free of grease.
3. Remove the old seal: Use a wrench to remove the old seal, tap the oil distribution cup with a rubber hammer,
Loosen the old seal and remove it.
4. Install the new seal: install the new seal on the oil distribution cup, tap it gently with your hands or a rubber hammer,
Make sure the seal is installed securely.
5. Install the oil separator cup: install the oil separator cup back to its original position, and tighten the screws with a wrench.
6. Test the tightness: After filling the oil distribution cup with lubricating oil, test whether the tightness is good.
