Z2S10-10 is the superimposed hydraulically controlled one-way valve is hydraulic component produced by Rexroth. It is belong to Direction Control Valve.

Application scenarios:

-Pressure-maintaining circuit: used in hydraulic systems that need to maintain pressure for a long time, such as hydraulic presses, injection molding machines and other equipment, to effectively prevent oil leakage and ensure stable system pressure.

-Hydraulic cylinder locking: install this valve on the inlet and outlet oil lines of the hydraulic cylinder.When the reversing valves is in the middle position, the hydraulic control check valve is closed, which can tightly seal the oil in the two chambers of the hydraulic cylinder, realize reliable locking of the hydraulic cylinder, and prevent the piston from moving due to external force. It is often used in engineering machinery, metallurgical equipment, etc.

-Large flow oil discharge: when the hydraulic cylinder piston retreats, if the oil discharge volume suddenly increases, the use of a small flow slide valve will produce a throttling effect and limit the retreat speed of the piston. At this time, a hydraulic control check valve is added when the hydraulic cylinder piston retreat the pressure oil is controlled to open the hydraulic control check valve, and the oil can be discharged smoothly, such us the hydraulic system of a large die-casting machine.

Z2S type check valve is a superimposed hydraulic control check valve, it can be used to close one or two working oil ports, no leakage for a long time, good stability, free flow of oil from A to A1 or B to B1, Reverse is blocked. If the oil flow through the valve, eg from A to the pressure oil acts on the valve core (1), the valve moves to the right and pushes the ball (2) off the valve seat. A1, when the one-way valve (3) is opened by the controlled oil, the oil can flow from B1 to B. The pressure is unloaded in the B1 cavity, and the one-way valve (3) is fully opened.
In order to ensure that the two one-way valves can be closed reliably when the reversing valve is in the neutral position, the A and B ports of the valve are connected to the oil return line.
