Guangyuan Aluminium Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 with more than 1,000 employees in our company. We are mainly specialized in the production of aluminum tube for construction, aluminum extrusion square tube, aluminum profiles, architectural aluminium profiles and industrial aluminum extrusion profiles, etc. We usually supply deep processing service, including precise cutting, drilling, bending, punching, CNC machining and aluminium profile fabrication.
Since the establishment of our factory, we have invested into our production melting and casting production workshop, 30 automatic extruding press, anodizing and electrophoresis production lines, vertical and horizontal powder coating production lines, wood grain heat transfer production lines, and fluorocarbon spraying production lines, which makes our production capacity reach 150,000 tons in a year. We can complete various surface treatments for aluminium profiles and aluminum extrusion cnc. We can complete coating before CNC machining or after CNC machining, just depending on the customer’s requirements.
CNC aluminum profile processing is CNC machine tool processing, that is, a computer is used to compile a set of processing programs, and digital processing is used to process the milling machine. It includes cutting, drilling, tapping, etc., which basically depend on CNC operation. The use of CNC processing can reduce the damage rate of profiles and is favored by aluminum profile processing manufacturers.
