6. The feeding amount of the mixing chamber shall not exceed the design capacity, and the current during full load operation shall generally not exceed the rated current. The instantaneous overload current is generally 1.2 to 1.5 times the rated current, and the overload time shall not exceed lOs.
7. For large internal mixers, the mass of rubber blocks added during feeding should not exceed 20kg, and the temperature of raw rubber blocks during molding should be above 30 ℃.
