Description：Welding Copper Elbow – Close Ruff (Lead Free).Size from 1/4″ to 6-1/8″ and 6mm to 219mm,including equal 90°elbow, Street 90°elbow and reducing size elbow.
The copper elbow make in pure copper C12200 .use hydraumatic machine to produce.The quality satisfy ASME B16.22 and EN1254-1.All our copper fittings hasve approved by UPC,NSF61 in US and WRAS in U.K .
As all plumbers known,the elbow are bended.But how to avoid the thickness reduction at the back of the elbow when bending .Runde has special way.We do not bend in the middle .We push the copper tube from one end of mould.Finally,we got the shape of the elbow and the thickness also never reduce.
The copper fittings known as copper pipe fittings,copper pressure fittings and copper plumbing fittings, divided to end feed copper fittings(wrot joint copper fittings ) and solder ring copper fittings(presolder copper fittings).And the quality of our EN1254-1 copper fittings can compare with yorkshire copper fittings(Pegler copper fittings) and connex copper fittings.our ASME B16.22 copper fittings also has exported to Mueller in U.S. The welding copper elbow CXC used to change the wate direction.It also can be produced to solder ring type which is widely used on the water system.
