   The ceramic raw material of our welding pin, nanometer zirconia powder, is imported from Germany. After shaping by cold-isosactic-pressing (CIP), debinding and sinter, the rods are re-heat-treated by thermo-isostacic-pressing (HIP). Then the HIPed rods are grinded to welding pin by CNC to keep high dimension precision (with tolerance 0.002mm) and then polished by diamond to get perfect surface.(Roughness Ra<0.03um).

  The mechanical property of the ceramic after HIP is very high with bending strength higher than 1200MPa, fracture toughness 14MPa•m1/2 and extremely high abrasion resistance. The life time of the our welding pin is much higher than special steel and KCF material.

  Our welding pin material is completely ceramic from inside to surface. The electrical insulation of the ceramic can completely avoid faulty welded joint defects of auto-body spot welding, which is the fatal weakness of ceramic coated pins like KCF.
