Scope of application

It is suitable for pumping or normal concrete engineering with strength grade C15~C60 and above. It is especially suitable for concrete projects with high durability, high flow, high slump retention, high strength and high appearance quality requirements. It is very advantageous for the preparation of high fluidity concrete, self-compacting concrete and plain faced concrete.

Ordinary water-reducing agent should be used for concrete construction with minimum daily temperature above 5℃. High efficiency superplasticizer should be used for concrete construction above the minimum daily temperature of 0℃, and suitable for the preparation of large flow concrete, high strength concrete and steamed concrete.

Instructions for use

Polycarboxylic acid series of high performance water reducer

1. The dosage is 0.5%~2.0% of the total weight of the cementing material, and the usual dosage is 0.2% ~ 0.5%; Before use, the concrete test should be carried out to obtain the best dosage;

2, can not be combined with naphthalene series high efficiency water reducing agent, and other admixtures should also be used in advance of the concrete compatibility test;

3. Slump is highly sensitive to water consumption, and water consumption must be strictly controlled when used;

4, pay attention to the concrete surface maintenance.

Naphthalene superplasticizer

1. Dosage range: Powder: 0.75%-1.5%; Liquid :1.5-2.5%.

2, the use of porous aggregate time to add water mixing, and then add water reducer.

3, when the slump is large, it should be noted that the vibration time is not too long to prevent bleeding and stratification.

HSB aliphatic superplasticizer

1, through the experiment to find the best dosage, the recommended dosage is 1.5-2%;

After the concrete is polished, the color will be eliminated, or after the strength of the concrete, the color will be naturally eliminated, and the watering and curing color will be eliminated faster, without affecting the internal and surface properties of the concrete.

Storage method

Storage and packaging

1, HSB can be stored at -20-40 degrees Celsius but can not be exposed to the sun, shelf life of one year.
