High Alumina Pyroxene Brick

High-alumina rhodochrosite bricks are made of selected high-alumina clinker, rhodochrosite, silica nepheline, combined with clay as the main raw materials, molded under high pressure and sintered at high temperature. The products have excellent tensile strength and good thermal shock stability.

High alumina bricks are alumino-silicate refractory bricks with Al₂O₃ content greater than 65%, which are pressed and molded and calcined according to the different grades of bauxite clinker used, quality requirements, binding agents, and so on. It is characterized by high refractoriness, good resistance to acid, alkaline slag, metal liquid erosion and redox reaction.

It is used in the masonry bricks for carbon roasters and hot blast furnace clay bricks.

High-alumina bricks are used in blast furnace, hot blast furnace, electric furnace, cupola, coke oven, even heat furnace, heating furnace, off-road refining furnace, rotary kiln and various industrial kiln linings, flue, smoke chamber and so on.

Customized high alumina bricks are available.
