Specifications:
Upper and lower feeders are independently driven by
servo motor.
Separately control the upper and lower corrugated
box’s output time and gap, benefit for gluing irregular box and box-in-box.
Feeding belts with holes and suction device avoid
paper slipping.
Feed gates of fixed square bar integrated with the
handler for easy operation and stable
Lateral feed gates control by screw motor, which can
be adjusted automatically to set position when input the box size.
Align the corrugated box with left and right direction
after feeding, which can choose left alignment or right alignment.
The main function components are pressure-adjustable
pressure rubber wheel module, angle-adjustable driving belt and lateral block
angle alignment.
Driving belts in alignment section can be adjusted to
required angle according to the corrugated box size and thickness.
The pressure rubber wheel can be adjusted to the
required pressure according to the thickness and size of corrugated box.
The modling / forming part of the machine , and
consists of 4 parts：Upper corrugated paper conveyor，lower corrugated paper conveyor, folding & gluing
section, Front locating device.
Upper & lower corrugated paper conveyos are
designed to controlled the belt pressure flexibly.
The gluing position folding section can fold the glue
line accurately and glue well after forming.
The front locating device will align the upper ower
corrugated paprers anteroposterior，or set a distance between the 2 papers.
The front locating device work by the belts speed-up
and speed-down.
Catch the joint box , conveyor box and press glue
lines at the same time.
Glue line press device is equipped left and right,
work efficiently by the threaded spring.

2, the high elastic grass roller self-pressure box,
the force is uniform, and make the product more perfect.
3, after the machine lengthening design, to ensure
that the product is not easy to open.
4, the conveyor belt up and down transmission adopts
