1000QS five cylinder Plunger Pump is an upgraded version of 1000s. Under the condition that the installation size and performance parameters remain unchanged,the power end assembly structure has been comprehensively upgraded to make the operation of the power end more safe and reliable;The maintenance operation space is increased, which makes the maintenance of hydraulic end more convenient; The modular design is adopted, and the vulnerable parts at the hydraulic end can be exchanged with 600s plunger pump. The braking power is large, which can meet the cementing operation with high pressure and large displacement.
The QWS 1000QS can be utilized in acidizing, cementing, gravel packing and snubbing operations.
