Introduction to Zhenan Molybdenum Electrode

Molybdenum electrode is an electrode with transition metal molybdenum as the main raw material. Its English name is molybdenum electrode. The molybdenum content is above 99.95%. It has physical and chemical properties that are extremely similar to pure metal molybdenum. The diameter is generally between 20mm-152.4mm and the length can reach 1500mm. It is worth mentioning that there are great differences between molybdenum electrodes and tungsten electrodes in terms of shape and use.

According to different shapes, molybdenum electrodes can be divided into electrode rods, electrode plates, electrode rods and threaded electrodes, etc. Their uses are slightly different. For example, electrode rods are mainly used in electric melting glass kilns, and electrode plates are mainly used in various glass fiber kilns and heating equipment for liquid flow hole panels. According to different surface states, it can be divided into sintered molybdenum electrodes (gray metallic luster on the surface), forged molybdenum electrodes (black surface), polished molybdenum electrodes (flat and rough surface), alkali-washed molybdenum electrodes (smoother surface), polished molybdenum electrodes (smooth surface), polished molybdenum electrodes (bright and shiny surface), etc.
