Product classification and characteristics of ferromanganese

According to different smelting methods, it is divided into electric furnace ferromanganese and blast furnace ferromanganese.

According to different carbon content, it is divided into three categories:

Low carbon category: carbon content is not more than 0.7%;

Medium carbon category: carbon content is greater than 0.7% to 2.0%;

High carbon category: carbon content is greater than 2.0% to 8.0%.

Features of ferromanganese products:

1. Uniform particle size reduces the loss, labor, electricity and transportation of all silicon manganese natural block crushing in steelmaking.

2. This product has uniform particle size, accurate feeding, good deoxidation effect, shortens the deoxidation process, saves energy, improves steelmaking efficiency, improves quality and reduces the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials, has a high recovery rate, and reduces labor intensity.

3. Fast melting speed, uniform segmentation, and reduced power consumption.
