2. The suitable substrates are paper, nylon cloth, textiles and other hygroscopic materials.
3. The ink has high color concentration, good printing transfer performance, rapid and obvious color-changing, and is less likely to cause printing failures such as screen blocking, pinholes, and wire drawing. The diluent can be pure water or a small amount of alcohols and ethers.
4. The viscosity of the ink is moderate, and the original ink can be printed directly. It is suitable for 100-200 mesh screen printing. The lower the mesh number, the thicker the ink layer, and the stronger the covering power for white, which is suitable for covering background printing and can be printed several times.
