Honey heating tank 200l steam heating jacketed mixing tank

Applicable range:
1. Used as liquid storage tank, liquid composing tank, temporary storage tank and liquid blending tank etc.
2. Ideal in fields such as foods, dairy products, fruit juice beverages, pharmacy, chemical industry and biological engineering etc.
Structure characteristics:
1. Adopt structure of internal tank and external package, with heat preservation materials inside.
2. Materials are all sanitary stainless steel.
3. Humanized structure design and easy to operate.
4. Transition area of interior wall on tank adopts arc for transition to ensure no dead comer of sanitation.

Configuration of tank:
1. Quick open manhole.
2. Various types of CIP cleaners.
3. Fly and insect resistant sanitary breathing cover.
4. Adjustable triangular bracket.
5. Dismountable materials input pipe assembly.
6. Thermometer (According to customer requirements ).

It can be made according to special requirements of customers. Total height (H) is in accordance with outlet height of 800 mm. If
outlet height is changed, then total height(H) shall also be adjusted.

Heating Method	Steam heating, electric heating, thermal oil/hot water heating
Agitation System	Adopt top center-entry agitator or side-entry agitator. Agitator type: frame, anchor, paddle, turbine, spiral, screw, magnetic stirring. Agitation speed: 10~120rpm, fixed speed or frequency speed. Motor power: 0.55kw, 1.1kw, 1.5kw, 2.2kw, 3kw, 5.5kw, 7.5kw, etc.
Accessories	Manhole, CIP spraying ball, thermometer, piezometer, air filter, sight glass, light, counter flange.
Standard	All according to GMP requirements and GB150.1~4-2011 Design, Fabrication, Inspection and Acceptance.
ODM/ODM	Can be customized according to customers requirement and product process.

Eelectric heating mixing tank

The working principle of the electric heating tank is to insert the electric heater into the jacketed heat-conducting oil, and use the heat-conducting oil as the medium to pass into the kettle to make the materials in the kettle react.

Once the equipment uses heat transfer oil, the debris in the jacket must be cleaned up, and the amount of oil added is 85% of the jacket volume. When there is no material in the kettle and no heat transfer oil in the jacket, the heating power must not be turned on.
