How to use palm oil press, follow the steps below:

1. First step:

Washing: Wash the palm fruit or palm kernel to remove sand and impurities.

Crushing: Break the palm fruit or palm kernel into small pieces for subsequent processing.

2. Preparation for pressing‌:

‌Inspect equipment‌: Ensure that the palm oil press and its ancillary equipment are clean, intact and ready for use‌.

Adding raw materials: Send the pre-treated palm kernels or fruits into the palm oil press to prepare for pressing.

3. Pressing process:

Adjust the pressure‌: According to the situation, adjust the chamber pressure to ensure the pressing effect‌.

Pressing: Start the palm oil press to squeeze out the oil from the raw material through the double helix structure to form a mixture of oil, water and solid impurities.

4. Subsequent processing:

‌Impurity separation‌: Crude palm oil is separated from the mixture through clarification equipment to remove impurities.
