The vented dishes have raised lids for better gas exchange and evaporation. Non-vented trays have flat lids that prevent evaporation and allow longer incubation times for anaerobic applications. Aseptic trays are manufactured in clean rooms under controlled conditions with low microbial contamination to ensure the best possible performance in all applications. The sterile trays have been validated according to EN ISO 11137-2; 2012 for SAL 10-6. The trays allow parallel testing of individual samples using different agar, solvents and reagents.
