Light steel villa, also known as light steel structure house, its main material is light steel keel synthesized from hot-dip galvanized aluminum steel strip through cold rolling technology.

The light steel villa utilize the 100% cold-bend thin wall steel as the structure body and can be used to build buildings within 6 floors. The main building component of this system is the frame bridge,which is composed by the galvanized cold-bending high frequency welded light thin wall rectangular pipe and the triangle.C type, triangle v type connection. All these prefabricated components are transferred to the construction site to be installed into the structure body. After that the interior, exterior wall panels and roof profile panels are laid out, while the heat and sound insulation material are filled into the space in the wall and floor deck. This product solve the problem of "hot bridge, bad fire resistance".

1. Shock resistance: It can withstand 9 rare earthquakes and is suitable for areas with seismic intensity above 8

2. Wind resistance: resistant to 70m/s hurricane, wind resistance rating is 14 or above

3. Durability: The main structure can last for more than 150 years

4. Fire resistance: refractory time of up to 1~4 hours according to different designs

5. Sound insulation: the sound insulation of the external wall can reach 75dB, and the inner wall can reach 55dB.

6. Heat Insulation: The thermal resistance of 200mm thick composite wall can reach 3.2m2K/W, which is 11 times that of traditional buildings of the same thickness.

7. Environmental protection: more than 90% of steel structure materials can be recycled, and most other supporting materials can be recycled.

8. Energy-saving: using new materials for heat preservation and heat insulation, the energy required for heating and cooling is 65% more energy-efficient than traditional buildings.

Wall and Floor Installation

The wall structure of the house is composed of "Galvalume light steel keel + polystyrene granular concrete + reinforced grouting mesh". The ground structure adopts "ground truss + oriented strand board+ concrete cushion", and the exterior wall is finished with real stone/water-wrapped sand, which uses advanced bonding technology to make it closely combined with the base wall, and it is not easy to produce hollowing and falling off. Ensuring seamless connections throughout the structure and guaranteeing absolute safety and stability (all water and electrical pipes are embedded before grouting). The entire wall features excellent properties such as waterproofing, fire resistance, thermal insulation, soundproofing, and heat insulation.

Roof Installation

The house features a unique layered design, with OSB board + asphalt waterproof membrane + asphalt shingle laid over the light steel framework, while the top layer of roofing tiles is customized according to the client’s requirements.
