1000L SMC molded septic tank is a treatment facility that utilizes the principles of sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation to remove suspended organic matter from domestic wastewater. The septic tank treatment is a primary transitional living treatment structure. Domestic sewage contains a large amount of feces, paper scraps, and pathogens. The concentration of suspended solids is 100350 mg/L, and the concentration of organic matter BOD5 is between 100-400 mg/L. Among them, the concentration of suspended organic matter BOD5 is 50-200mg/L. The sewage enters a 1000L FRP septic tank and undergoes 12-24 hours of sedimentation, which can remove 50% to 60% of suspended solids. The precipitated sludge undergoes anaerobic digestion for more than 3 months, causing the organic matter in the sludge to decompose into stable inorganic substances. The easily decaying raw sludge is transformed into stable mature sludge, changing the structure of the sludge and reducing its moisture content. Regularly remove and transport sludge for landfill or use as fertilizer.
