About Hitachi CMI95M:                                                                                                                                               
Can quickly and easily identified the cooper foil of CCL accurately, avoiding waster and rework costs. The soft-touch probe prevents the cooper surface from being dagamed or scratched, avoiding damage to the CCL sheet. 
It can measure the surface cooper thickness of cooper foil and CCL within 1S,  and the corresponding size is 1/8 oz/ft²- 4.0 oz/ft²(5-140um)

Our CMI95 is easy to use, simply place a unique soft contact probe on the copper surface, then note the thickness measurement on the indicator, and use field-proven microresistance technology to arrange the copper foil and copper laminates by thickness. The 95M is robust and highly accurate. Since it has been calibrated at the factory, the instrument does not need to be calibrated.
