Ceramic wear-resistant elbow, full name corundum ceramic lined wear-resistant composite elbow, it is a kind of ceramic composite steel pipe.The ceramic wear-resistant elbow is composed of three layers: corundum ceramic, transition layer, and steel. The ceramic layer is formed by dense corundum ceramic (AL2O3) at a high temperature above 2200℃, and forms a firm bond with the steel pipe through the transition layer. This structure gives full play to the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, impact resistance, and good welding performance of the steel pipe, while also having the advantages of high hardness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good heat resistance of corundum ceramic.
Wear resistance: The hardness of the inner lining ceramic layer of the wear-resistant ceramic elbow is extremely high, and the wear resistance is more than 10 times that of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron alloy pipe fittings. With a 5mm thick ceramic layer, its actual wear-resistant service life will be equivalent to that of 50mm thick wear-resistant cast steel.
Corrosion resistance: Different wear-resistant ceramic materials are selected, which have excellent corrosion resistance to different corrosive media, and can resist strong corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt and halogen corrosion.
High temperature resistance: Wear-resistant ceramics themselves have the ability to withstand high temperatures above 1200 degrees Celsius. Through reasonable design and the use of different composite methods, wear-resistant ceramic pipe fittings can operate for a long time in the humidity range of -50℃ to 800℃.
Reduce project cost: Wear-resistant ceramic pipe fittings are mainly used for conveying liquid-solid two-phase flow materials with particles and corrosive media. They are used to replace expensive stainless steel pipes, high-chromium cast steel pipes, and hard alloy wear-resistant pipes, which can directly reduce project costs and extend service life.
