1. cutting the hands, in China, our machine cut the hands on Copper base connect one by one, the leftover is cut off. if they are only highly polished quality, then we do the process each one row, mostly 100hands per row. and we can use the automatical machine to do the hand tube one by one each row. then arrange the plating the colors or paint the colors on the surface. if There is lume, add the lume on the each hand per row. finally we use a tool to cut these hands in 2 cuts. head and end. pack them together in each paper pack or individually in plastic pouch or plastic tray. if they are diamond cut quality, after first process, then cut the hands each one by one, then put them in PAD each pc for diamond cut polishing Automatic. it is quite boring and repeat work to put hands on PAD. of course Diamond cut machine is very important for the quality. if the knives are not sharp enough, then there are some hands in bad quality. can't pass QC. .Diamond cut watch hands have to add the hand tube by hand machine one by one. it is much slower than automatic machines. and need the workers are in very pricise work.
2. the Swiss machines are total different, same copper base for watch hands to be punched from machine. the hands are drop each pc from molding, then remaining is a row of cutoff material for recycle or throw to garbage, then clamp each hand to a tool for polishing by hand and check the quality from time to time. handtube is same way as our China manufacturer. after hand tube, they clamp these hands in row for luminous gluing, then pack them individually.
