Both sides 3micron Copper Clad Polyimide Film

Both sides copper Clad Polyimide Film ( both sides brass metalized)as an insulation between the electrical components, while ensuring good mechnical and thermal bonding.We can produce Both side Copper clad , and one side copper metallized Polyimide film . The thickness of Copper is 3micron , 6micron ect . The Max width of roll is 1300mm.

The Polymide Film have excellent Electrical Insulation and heat resistance.. It can be used for Speaker Voice Coil. Mainly thickness is 7.5micron ,12.5micron .25micron,50um, 75micron , 125micron , 250micron ect This product has high light transparency and heat resistance, and has excellent solvent resistance and mechanical strength.

We can also produce Polyimide FEP(F46) film, It is made of coating Polyimide film with FEP resin(F46) on one side(FH) or double sides(FHF) and through the sintering process at high temperature, which combines the excellent properties of Polyimide film and FEP resin of high& low temp resistant, radiation resistant, corrosion resistant, excellent electrical properties, superior dimensional stability and heat sealable properties. It performs successfully in the wide range of temperature as low as -112F(-80c) and as high as +500F(+260c). Polyimide FEP(F46) film widely used for insulation in motor, electrical apparatus and wrapping of cable and magnet wire, heater manufacture etc.It offers outstanding thermal resistance and excellent electrical insulating properties. It also offers excellent light shielding. has a uniform and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Thickness range from 1 to 5 Mils. It Can be conductive or insulative.

we can produce matte surface Black Polyimide film , and glossy surface black PI film , Colorless Polymide film , Gold Polyimide Film ,Metallized Polyimide Film .
