The foot warmer pad making packaging machine works as follows:
1. Raw material supply: Put the raw materials (usually heating substances and packaging materials) of the foot temperature pad into the feeding system and supply them to the machine for processing.
2. Cutting and forming: The machine will cut and form the raw materials to make products that meet the size requirements of the foot temperature pad.
3. Heating material injection: If the foot temperature pad needs to have heating function, the machine will inject heating material into the formed product, such as activated carbon, iron powder, etc.
4. Packaging: The machine will put the molded foot temperature pad into the packaging material, usually plastic film or paper box. At the same time, the machine will also seal the foot temperature pad to ensure the hygiene and freshness of the product.
5. Sealing: The machine will use heat sealing technology to seal the packaging material to ensure the packaging integrity and moisture resistance of the foot temperature pad.
