The activated carbon equipment from coconut shell, i.e. coconut shell carbonization furnace equipment, is composed of various parts such as a cylinder, an aperture, a gear ring, rollers, tugs, a feeding device, a flue gas incinerator, and a secondary combustion chamber. It is a carbonization system.

Starting from the furnace body, the crushed and screened coconut shell is carried forward via a conveyor device to the preheating section (300 ℃). After that, the materials are heated further in the high-temperature carbonization section (600 ℃) where ash is released and the strength and hardness of the coconut shell is increased. Next, it moves to the tail end cooling section (300-350 ℃), with spiral coils used for preliminary cooling, and then it proceeds to the water cooling machine for final cooling. In the end, high-quality coconut shell carbonization material is obtained.

The secondary combustion chamber of the furnace body is no exception. The heat coming from the waste flue gas generated in the carbonization process is incinerated in the incinerator to enter the secondary combustion chamber for utilization. This heat is also used as the heat source of the furnace body—which helps to better utilize heat, and the oil consumption is much lower to achieve complete heat self-sufficiency.

In addition, the feeding system equips a twist conveyor for the silo for uniform and controllable feeding. Finally, the activated carbon production equipment consists of kiln body, feeding system, cooling equipment, and auxiliary dust removal system.

The production process of charcoal has a high degree of automation. This results in a high product yield, with high product indicators and no pollution or smoke. This thermal energy recycling process also uses the burning flue gas to heat itself, reducing the amount of labor needed, and also results in a shorter carbonization time.

Moreover, the produced charcoal has a low ash content and high strength.
