About Horizontal multistage centrifugal pump

Type D pump is a horizontal single-suction multi-stage centrifugal pump. It can pump water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water with medium maximum temperature of 80℃, suitable for mining and urban water supply, drainage and other occasions.

The working principle of the D-type multistage centrifugal pump is to utilize the effect of centrifugal force. When the motor drives the impeller on the pump shaft to rotate at high speed, the liquid filled inside the impeller is thrown around the impeller from the center of the impeller along the flow channels between the blades under the effect of centrifugal force. Due to the action of the blades on the liquid, both the pressure and the velocity increase simultaneously, and it is led to the next-stage impeller through the flow channel of the guide casing. By flowing through all the impellers and guide casings successively in this way, the pressure energy of the liquid is further increased. After superimposing each impeller step by step, a certain head is obtained, thereby achieving the lifting of the underground liquid to the ground or meeting other transportation requirements.
