CHL351 Chlorophyll Fluorescence Sensor

Daruifuno's CHL351 Chlorophyll Fluorescence Sensor uses a fluorescence method to stimulate chlorophyll a in water to produce fluorescence through a 470nm light source, and measures the detection fluorescence intensity in the range of 660-700nm, thereby calculating the concentration of chlorophyll a in water. Compared with the traditional manual counting method, it is more efficient and faster, and can be monitored online in real time. The chlorophyll sensor adopts optical principles, has a small size, is easy to operate, and has a fast detection speed. It is suitable for rapid, frequent, and continuous measurements in the field.

Chlorophyll A exists in all green plants and is one of the most commonly used indicators for characterizing phytoplankton biomass in environmental testing. It is often used to study the eutrophication of water quality. When the chlorophyll A content is greater than 10ug/L, the water body has been eutrophicated. The fluorescence analysis method mainly detects chlorophyll a in chlorophyll. When chlorophyll a molecules are exposed to ultraviolet light, they can emit characteristic red fluorescence, and its fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of chlorophyll a. Therefore, this method can quantitatively analyze chlorophyll a.
